EPS-95 Higher Pension: SC Order Ke Baad EPFO Verification Status Check Kaise Karein

4. Status dekhen — submitted, verified, approved, or rejected

Application Reject Ho Gayi — Kya Karein?

EPFO ne kaafi applications reject ki hain various reasons pe:

Higher Pension Se Kya Milega — Benefit Kya Hai?

Higher pension mein pension calculation actual salary pe hogi (ceiling pe nahi). Example:

• Employee ka actual salary ₹50,000/month tha
• Normal EPS pension: ₹15,000 ceiling se calculated — ~₹5,769 (for 20 years)
• Higher pension: ₹50,000 se calculated — ~₹19,230 (for 20 years)
