HR Se Appointment Letter Kaise Maangein — Exact Process

Step 1: Verbally Maango — Agar Joining Ke Din Nahi Mila

Pehle apne HR ya manager se directly baat karo. Aksar delay ho jaata hai, deliberately nahi kiya hota. Politely bol do: "Sir/Ma'am, kya aap mujhe mere joining ka appointment letter provide kar sakte hain? Yeh mujhe documentation ke liye chahiye."

Bahut companies yeh argument deti hain: "Abhi aap probation pe ho, permanent hone ke baad denge." Yeh galat aur illegal hai. OSH Code mein explicitly likha hai: "at the time of appointment" — yaani joining ke din, probation period ke shuru mein hi.
